This one has many virtues thanks to steam. Known for its anti-stress benefits, it is also reputed to be a sleep aid but also a remedy for skin problems (acne, psoriasis, eczema, hives). Unlike the hammam, the heat in a sauna remains dry (between 3% and 20% humidity) for an ideal operating temperature of 80°C. The traditional sauna uses the benefits of water vapour. This steam is generated by a resistance furnace on which rocks are placed. These hot rocks are sprayed to generate water vapor. The more you water the rocks, the more steam you generate.
