SPA ACCESS
The Spa is accessible in priority to our customers booking a treatment. You will be able to enjoy the wet space before or after your treatment. We provide you with a locker, a towel, a bathrobe and a pair of slippers. The pool, hammam and sauna are mixed. Wearing a swimsuit is compulsory.
Arrival at the Spa
We ask our kind customers to show up for their appointment 10 minutes before the start of it. In case of delay, the duration of the treatment will unfortunately be reduced without price reduction.
PERSONAL ITEMS
For the smooth running of the treatment, it is advisable to remove your jewellery. The management cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, forgetfulness or damage to objects or jewelery within the spa.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
To ensure availability at the times that suit you best, remember to book your access to the spa or your treatment in advance. If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Beyond this period, we will see you obliged to bill for your care.
Access to the spa is prohibited for children under 16 years old.
